Mr. Yoon is currently the Director of Intellectual Property at MicroVention, Inc, where he heads the IP function and the business development legal support for the company.  He has 20 years of patent law experience and 15 years of medical device company experience.  He has also been part of several start-ups throughout his career from an internet startup during the dot com revolution (and bust), to being a patent troll holding the original patent for crowdfunding and most recently a company developing the next generation radioembolization treatment for liver cancer (which he sold off to a public company).
